Lia Street, born on May 12, 1995, is the founder of Orlandris Beauty, a luxury beauty retailer inspired by her love for tropical destinations and dedicated to celebrating inclusivity. A Charlotte native and East Mecklenburg High School graduate, Lia’s passion for beauty and self-care took shape in 2014 when she embraced her natural hair journey, committing to the big chop to achieve healthy growth. This sparked her interest in makeup, protective hairstyles, and finding products designed for natural hair and skin, influenced by YouTube creators focused on solutions for Black women.

In May 2020, Lia launched Rose Aesthetics, offering handmade skin and hair care products. Recognizing her broader vision, she rebranded in March 2023 as Orlandris Beauty, curating high-quality, health-conscious products that empower Black and Brown women to feel confident and celebrated. Orlandris Beauty reflects Lia’s mission to combine natural beauty, enhancement cosmetics, and a commitment to representation and well-being.
